Look Good …Feel Better is a free nationwide program for female cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment. The purpose of this program is to teach cancer patients a variety of beauty techniques to enhance their appearance. For each session, licensed cosmetologists volunteer to teach women how to cope with skin changes and hair loss using cosmetics and skin care products to help minimize the physical effects of cancer treatment. Free cosmetic kits will be offered as well as tips on how to disguise hair loss with wigs, scarves, and other accessories.
