I agree...but I think you are trying to make this a logical arguement. It's all about revenue...and tax brings revenue. We all are taxed to death, from beer to cable, cell phone, sales tax, personal property tax and so on. We will have a new tax here in a few months...a "Voluntary tax' called a lottery...if you want to contribute, you buy them. Like the seat belt or helmet laws...if they were really concerned about your safety, they would make the fine a $1000 and everyone would wear them, but they want the revenue a little at a time! The Government needs to quit trying to legislate peoples habits and morality for the sake of income and what THEY think is good for me...I can take very good care of myself!
