I agree with dusty, why punish the animal, its not its fault!! Do something with the owners!!You can tell if a person loves animals or not... (usually) I think the the person or persons that want to own a pit bull, need to have a back ground check done on them, also they are to have to go thru several testings to see if they are worthy
