I understand your point but are you not saying that its a owner problem ? Its not the dogs fault that they have not been taught better.Sounds like the ones you have come across have been taught to be plain mean....but once again its the person.Iam no expert but I don't think dogs like that can be re-trained and dogs that are a safty concern to ...

I must say Iam sure audits would be very interesting and you are most likely correct on on profits.Yet they close down all the local offices and act as if profits are down.At least Exxon tells about all the money they are making while jacking the price up :)....Wonder what would happen if everyone in Arkansas pulled the main breaker to off ...
