Why is anyone else different? If you violate the terms of your probation you go to jail for the alotted time that the judge has sentenced you. yes!!!. Anyone else who breaks there probation would be sent to jail. That is what the terms of probation are. If you do not follow your terms of probation then you end up serving the time in jail. Why should she be any different from the rest of us joe blows?
