I have personally had a Hydrogen Booster add ed to my vehicle, along with this also use a fuel additive (not over the counter ) it is made up of three compnents. My vehicle has gone from 30mpg to 51 mpg. I've had to make no changes yet.
I can only continue to save as the price goes up.
